The move to Gmail copies email messages and tries to carry over matched email signatures. Contacts, calendars, and mail app setup are separate.

Rackspace Webmail Contacts

1. Go to apps.rackspace.com.
2. Open Contacts, then My Contacts.
3. Use Import/Export Contacts to export a CSV file.
4. Import the CSV at contacts.google.com.

Calendar

Rackspace Webmail does not have a simple calendar export button. Most appointments are usually stored in a phone calendar, Google Calendar, or another calendar you already use.

Start by checking where you actually view and edit appointments today.
