For the best experience, use Gmail in a browser on laptops and desktops, and use the Gmail app on phones and tablets.
Do not remove your old Rackspace account from a device until Gmail is working on that device.

Use Gmail in a browser at mail.google.com. Bookmark it if that helps.
Phones And Tablets
Use the Gmail app. Sign in with your regular MVP email address.
Old Rackspace Accounts
After Gmail is working, check every device you use for email. Remove or turn off the old Rackspace account for your MVP email address so the device stops checking the old mailbox.
- Check phones and tablets.
- Check laptops and desktops.
- Check any extra, shared, or backup devices.
- If a device asks for the old Rackspace password, it is probably still checking the old Rackspace mailbox.
